Ritch Rand has been creating handmade custom hats for decades. After forty-plus years, Ritch Rand’s Custom Hats and its store were sold in 2020 and became Ritch Rand Designs. Ritch Rand focuses now on using his decades of experience in the hat business to conserving and repairing favorite hats, family heirlooms and even priceless, museum artifacts. Because every hat tells a story – your story. 

A hat lover, Chrissy Glenn discovered the work of Ritch Rand (now Ritch Rand Designs).  Attracted by her unique hand woven sterling silver hat bands, Ritch & Chrissy started a perfect collaboration.
